1. Scope of Services
We offer three categories of offerings: senior legal assistance, digital educational materials, and physical products. Each category is subject to the specific terms outlined below.
2. Senior Legal Assistance
Our senior legal assistance services include consultation, document preparation, and representation before relevant authorities. Appointments are scheduled upon full payment of fees.
- If you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled session, the paid amount may be applied as credit toward a future session.
- If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee will apply.
- All fees for sessions that have commenced are non-refundable due to the personalized and preparatory work involved.
3. Digital Educational Materials
We provide downloadable guides and audiovisual courses designed for seniors and caregivers.
- You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided you have not downloaded more than 20% of the content.
- To request a refund, please submit a request via our Contact Form.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- After the 14-day period or if you have accessed more than 20% of the content, fees are final and no refunds will be issued.
4. Physical Products
We offer printed manuals, workbooks, and other tangible goods.
- Physical products may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery, in unused condition and original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items back.
- Once we receive and inspect the sent item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Items sent back after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
5. Refund and Transfer Policy
5.1 Senior Legal Assistance
Requests to reschedule sessions may be made at any time up to 72 hours before the appointment. Fees already paid may be applied as credit toward a new date. All services that have commenced are non-refundable due to the time and resources dedicated by our team.
5.2 Digital Educational Materials
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To initiate a refund, please contact us through our Contact Form. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. After the 14-day window or if content usage exceeds 20%, fees become final.
5.3 Physical Products
Physical products may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Customers cover shipping expenses. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Items sent after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
